  • Google Play Store deployment support

  • Maintenance and update services

All services are provided on a best-effort professional basis according to industry standards at the time of delivery.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we apply professional expertise, experience, and technical knowledge:

  • We do not guarantee commercial success, revenue generation, downloads, rankings, or user engagement.

  • Game performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including market demand, competition, user behavior, platform algorithms, and advertising strategies.

  • Any projections, estimates, or suggestions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute guarantees.

3. Platform & Policy Disclaimer (Google Play)

  • Google Play policies, algorithms, and review processes are controlled solely by Google.

  • We are not responsible for app rejections, suspensions, removals, or account termination by Google.

  • Policy compliance guidance is provided to the best of our knowledge but cannot guarantee approval.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining a valid Google Play Developer account.

4. Technical Limitations & Compatibility

  • Android devices vary significantly in hardware, OS versions, and manufacturer modifications.

  • We do not guarantee compatibility with all Android devices.

  • Performance, stability, graphics, and battery usage may vary.

  • We are not liable for device-specific issues, OS updates, or manufacturer restrictions.

5. Third-Party Tools & Services

Our services may involve third-party software, SDKs, APIs, plugins, or services including but not limited to:

  • Ad networks (e.g., AdMob)

  • Analytics tools

  • Payment gateways

  • Game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal)

  • Cloud services

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for:

  • Service outages

  • Policy changes

  • License changes or fees

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate requirements, content, and assets

  • Ensure legal ownership or licensing of provided materials

  • Review deliverables in a timely manner

  • Comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and age-rating requirements

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late client input.

7. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

  • Until full payment is received, all source code, assets, and deliverables remain the property of the Developer.

  • We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of all project files and data.

9. Maintenance & Support Disclaimer

  • Ongoing maintenance, updates, or support are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  • Platform updates or OS changes may require additional work and fees.

  • We are not obligated to provide lifetime support.

10. Health, Safety & Usage Disclaimer

  • Games may cause eye strain, fatigue, or discomfort.

  • End users should take regular breaks.

  • We are not responsible for health-related effects caused by game usage.
